CHECK-IN: Check in time at Harmony Hill is generally not before 3:00 PM. If your estate is not occupied the day you arrive, you can pre-arrange for an early check-in with us in advance. If other guests are departing your home that same day, you may not physically arrive at your villa until 3 PM or later.  We suggest that you spend time enjoying lunch in the historic town of Honesdale at one of the nearby restaurants or perhaps you may need to pick up a few items at the Grocery Store. You can then head to Harmony Hill after 3 PM and unwind. Our property manager, Joann, will have the home ready for you.

CHECK-OUT: A $200 penalty will be charged to all parties departing later than 9:00 AM without our prior permission. The simple reason is that we must give our housekeepers time to clean and strip all the beds and launder the bed sheets and towels before our next guests arrive. Please make Harmony Hill tidy before you leave. This includes disposing of all trash and garbage to the trash dumpster located up the driveway. No garbage should be left outside, or in the home upon departure nor food left out on counters or in the sink. There will be an additional fee assessed for any garbage left at the house or extra housekeeping beyond what is normal.
